Payment Options and Method

Two payment options are available for the booking deposit: Bank Transfer and Credit Cards (Master/Visa/American Express/UnionPay/JCB/SCT Card.). Customers must specify their preferred payment method when completing the booking form. Credit card details should also be provided if credit card payment is preferred. The remaining balance should be settled in cash upon arrival in Kathmandu, before embarking on the journey.

All credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% surcharge, which applies to deposits, final balances, trip extensions, and miscellaneous purchases. This surcharge is imposed by the credit card payment service provider (Nic asia Bank Limited) and contributes, in part, to consumer protection for the services acquired, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the credit card utilized.

Cancellation:

Should a guest voluntarily exit the journey for any reason after its commencement, no refund will be provided for the amount already remitted to the Company. Refunds will be subject to the Company’s discretion if a guest is compelled to leave the journey for any reason. The Company will not issue refunds or credits for unused accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, meals, or services. Please note that these conditions are subject to change. The company reserves the right to cancel any trip booked by the guest before it is confirmed to run. (A trip is confirmed to run once two fully paid travelers are registered unless otherwise stated by minimum numbers.)

The company retains the right to cancel any trip, including a confirmed trip, before departure, due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, flight cancellations, strikes, civil unrest, governmental intervention, weather conditions, or the health status of group members, among others. In such instances, the booking deposit (20% of the total amount) remains non-refundable but can be applied to the immediately following season of the same year or an alternative trip of equivalent value (at the guest’s discretion). However, the remaining trip cost, constituting 80% of the total trip cost, if already settled, will be refunded after deducting a 13% Government Tax.

Written notification of trip cancellation is mandatory. The date of trip cancellation is the date on which written cancellation is received by the Company. In the event of trip cancellation, any amount already charged by the company is non-refundable but can be applied to a future trip within one year from the booking date. If cancellation notice is received one month before the trip departure date, 100% of the total charged amount is applicable for reuse. If cancellation notice is received 1 month, 25 days, or 20 days before the trip departure date, 100%, 80%, and 50% of the total charged amount, respectively, are applicable for reuse.

Trip Amendment::

All amendment and cancellation fees pertain solely to the trips listed on this site. Booking amendments are subject to the following fees:

If a booking amendment request is received by the Company 60 days or more before the original trip departure, a charge of USD 50/person is applicable as the trip amendment fee. However, if the booking amendment request is received less than 60 days before the original trip departure, charges will be as per the cancellation policy. If the trip price changes between the original booking and the amendment date, the new trip price will be applicable to the reservation. These fees are additional to any charges imposed by hotels or other service providers.

Changes to any other arrangements made concurrently with your trip booking (e.g., hotels, transfers, etc.) or amendments to any other arrangements made in association with your trip reservation will incur an administration fee of USD 20/booking per change. This fee is in addition to any charges imposed by hotels, ground operators, or airlines.

Amendments to bookings within 10 days of departure may not be feasible. Fees for late changes will vary, starting from a minimum of USD 50 and subject to the booking’s complexity.
